Delivery is free anywhere in Singapore — no minimum order, no delivery charge at checkout. Shipping outside Singapore is charged, and because these cases are bulky the rate depends on where you are: email hello@voxjourney.com and we will quote you before you order. Tracking is emailed as soon as your case is dispatched.

You can return a case within 7 days of delivery, in original condition, with the original box. Email hello@voxjourney.com first — we will confirm the details and it comes back to our Ubi address.

5 years on the shell and wheels, registered to your email at purchase. Servicing arrangements are still being finalised and will be published in full before they are needed — we would rather say that than promise a process we have not confirmed.

Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe on their own checkout page. Card details never touch this website or our server — we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded and the delivery details you entered.

The first 50 numbered units of the VOX magnesium aluminium Voyage Box, released at founders' pricing. Each bag is numbered 1/50 through 50/50. Once they are gone, the next production run launches at retail price.

The magnesium aluminium Voyage Box is a hardshell built from aluminium alloy — the same material class as Tumi's 19 Degree and Rimowa's Original lines. The RPET Voyage Box is a 3D-moulded case in recycled polyethylene terephthalate, and it expands by 5 cm for an extra 16.66 litres. The magnesium bag is black; the RPET is silver.

Founders Heritage units include free initial engraving, entered as a field at checkout. An engraved bag cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind — a genuine fault is still a warranty matter.

Straight from the manufacturer's specification sheets — dimensions, capacity, weight and materials all match the sheet for that model. If an exact measurement matters for your trip, email us and we will measure the actual bag.

VOX was founded by Daniel and Marica, designers who spent two decades building mission-critical transit cases for military and law enforcement agencies. They travelled constantly, kept ending trips with luggage full of loose packing cubes, and heard from airline contacts how often premium cases split during handling. VOX is the case they kept describing to each other.
