Every VOX bag is covered for 5 years from the day it arrives. Registration takes one email address and happens at purchase.

What is covered
5 years on the shell and wheels, registered to your email at purchase. The cover is for manufacturing faults in the shell and wheels — a shell that cracks or separates in normal use, a wheel that seizes, fails or parts from its housing.
What is not covered
- Airline and handling damage. Scuffs, scratches and dents are what a check-in bag is for — an aluminium shell is meant to wear. Raise those with the carrier.
- Damage from misuse, overloading, or repairs attempted elsewhere.
- Normal cosmetic ageing of the finish and the lining.
How to make a claim
Email hello@voxjourney.com with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We will come back to you directly — there is no form and no ticket queue.
Servicing — still being finalised
We have not yet finished setting up how servicing and part replacement will be handled in Singapore, so we are not going to describe a process we cannot yet stand behind. It will be published here in full, and it will be in place before any bag sold today could plausibly need it. If you have a fault in the meantime, email us and we will deal with it personally.
