The 30-second version
The VOX RPET Voyage Box is a 28-inch check-in case moulded from advanced engineered RPET — recycled polyethylene terephthalate, given a scratch-resistant texture and a three-dimensional moulded form. At S$390 retail (S$290 founders’ price), it sits in the recycled-luggage category.
It pairs with the VOX Magnesium Aluminium Voyage Box for travellers who want a second case that expands.
It expands by 5 cm
This is the practical difference between the two VOX cases. Unzip the expansion gusset and the RPET box gains 5 cm of depth and 16.66 litres — 96.63 L becomes 113.29 L. That is the difference between going home with what you left with and going home with what you bought.
The zipper is an anti-theft, anti-split double zipper, which is the failure point most cases this size share. Inside there is a zipped compartment in the lid and crossed compression straps on the base.
Why RPET
RPET is recycled polyethylene terephthalate — the same plastic used in single-use water bottles, recovered post-consumer and re-engineered as a moulded case material rather than a woven fabric. Recycled content is what the material is, not a story we tell on top of it.
