What it costs

Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to a Singapore address — there is no minimum spend and no shipping line added at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Shipping outside Singapore

We ship internationally, and it is charged. We quote it rather than publishing a flat rate, for a reason worth knowing: a check-in case is light but bulky, and couriers bill whichever is greater — the actual weight or the volumetric weight. A VOX Voyage Box weighs around 5 kg on the scales but bills as roughly 17–21 kg in the air. A flat rate would mean overcharging someone close by to subsidise someone far away.

So: email hello@voxjourney.com with your destination and which case you want, and we will come back with the real number before you commit to anything. Checkout is set to Singapore addresses while we finalise published rates — that is deliberate, so nobody pays for delivery we have not costed.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You get the tracking details by email as soon as your bag is dispatched — you do not need to ask for them.

When it ships

Bags are dispatched from Singapore. We will confirm delivery timings here once we have shipped enough real orders to quote a window we can actually keep. Until then, if the timing matters for a specific trip, email us before you order and we will tell you exactly where things stand.
