What we collect, which is very little.

What this site collects

There are only two ways your details reach us.

• Joining the founders' list. We store your email address, the page you signed up from, and the date. Nothing else.
• Buying something. We store your name, email address, delivery address and what you ordered, so we can send you the right bag.

What we never see

Your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. Card numbers never touch this website or our server — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the delivery details you entered.

Tracking

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Nobody is building a profile of you here. The only cookies involved are the ones Stripe sets on its own checkout page to process your payment securely.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, as every web server does — the requesting address, the page requested and the time. They are used to keep the site up, nothing else.

Where it is stored

On our own server in files that are not readable from the web and not shared with anyone. We do not sell, rent or pass on your details. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else.

Email you get from us

If you buy, you get transactional email — order confirmation, tracking, warranty registration. If you joined the founders' list you also get occasional brand updates, and every one of them has an unsubscribe.

Getting your data removed

Email hello@voxjourney.com and ask. We will remove you from the founders' list immediately. Order records tied to a completed sale are kept for as long as we need them for warranty and tax purposes, and no longer.
