Who you are buying from
Vox Journey, selling the VOX range direct at voxjourney.com. VOX is our own line, designed by Daniel and Marica — not a resold brand. Our address is 67 Ubi Crescent, #01-06 Techniques Centre, Singapore 408560.
Prices
All prices are in Singapore dollars and are what you pay — the price you see at checkout is the total for the goods. Founders' pricing is a launch price on a limited number of units and returns to the standard retail price once those units are gone.
Stock and order acceptance
The Founders Heritage collection is genuinely limited and the site enforces the cap at checkout rather than by hand. If something goes wrong and we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we cancel it and refund you in full — we will not substitute a different product or hold your money against future stock.
Delivery
Singapore only, and free — no minimum order and no delivery charge at checkout. Full detail on the delivery page.
Returns
7 days from delivery, in original condition, with the original box and complete. Full detail on the returns page.
Warranty
5 years on the shell and wheels. Full detail, including what is not covered, on the warranty page. Nothing here removes any right you have under Singapore consumer law.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on their own secure checkout. We never see or store your card details — see privacy.
What we publish
We try hard to describe the bags accurately, and where a specification is not yet confirmed we say so on the product page rather than guess. If you spot something wrong, tell us at hello@voxjourney.com and we will correct it.
